When most people think of the holidays, they think of a time when health falls by the wayside. After all, with the dropping temperatures, you’re less likely to get out of the house regularly. Plus, there’s always so much good food going around that you may find yourself eating more rich food than ever. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t take some time out of your busy schedule to get some good exercise in. That’s why you’re going to want to come out to the 2019 Jingle Bell Run Plano. Not only are you going to get the chance to get active and work up a sweat, but you’re also going to get an opportunity to spend time with your community and celebrate the holiday season. And the best part? The proceeds from the event are going toward an incredible organization, so you know you’ll be doing your part.
The 2019 Jingle Bell Run will take place on Saturday, Dec. 7. Be there bright and early at 8 a.m., and then expect to stick around until around 1 p.m. It’s all going down at the Boardwalk at Granite Park, which is right here in Plano, Texas. You can easily register for the event online, and you’ll receive even more information about how to participate when you do so.
